EBC YellowStuff compound is a true winner all around, it has high friction from cold, not requiring warm-up for street use yet when loaded up and really hot the brakes just get better. Available for all modern street cars and even for truck and SUV calipers these pads grip and do not heat fade.

Yellow is still a popular pad for lighter race car use and drifting, for higher duties on the track Bluestuff is worth a look.
If using the track pre-bed before events and note the somewhat longer bed-in, if you're looking for a trackpad that beds in super fast, go for the Bluestuff grade.
